Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the "2022 Work Points for Improving Digital Literacy and Skills for All People" (hereinafter referred to as the "Work Points"). The notice requires that we should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, meet the people's growing needs for a better life, promote comprehensive human development and common prosperity of all people as the fundamental purpose, adhere to goal-oriented, problem-oriented and result-oriented, take multiple measures to improve the digital literacy and skills of the whole people, and greet the victorious convocation of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding results.
The "Work Points" clarifies the work objectives: by the end of 2022, positive progress will be made in improving the digital literacy and skills of all people, and the systematic promotion of the work pattern will be basically established. The supply of digital resources is more abundant, the lifelong digital learning system for the whole people is initially constructed, the digital work ability of workers is accelerated, the people's digital living standards are continuously improved, the vitality of digital innovation is bursting out, the digital security protective barrier is more solid, the moral level of the rule of law in the digital society continues to improve, and the environment for the development of digital literacy and skills of the whole people is continuously optimized. At the same time, the "Work Points" put forward eight main indicators, including the number of new "basic education excellent courses" resources, e-commerce training, the number of key websites and mobile applications suitable for aging and barrier-free transformation.
The "Main Points of Work" deploys 29 key tasks in 8 areas.
The first is to increase the supply of high-quality digital resources. Expand access channels for digital resources, optimize and strengthen digital education and training resources, promote the open sharing of digital resources, and promote the fair popularization of digital public services.
The second is to create a high-quality digital life. Cultivate new applications and scenarios for digital life, improve the level of smart community and smart home construction, deepen the age-appropriate transformation of digital applications, and accelerate the construction of information barrier-free.

The fourth is to promote lifelong digital learning for all.
